With coordinated bedding, layered textures, curated décor, and thoughtful finishing touches, each setup feels polished, immersive, and completely magical. Perfect for birthdays, milestone celebrations, or a just-because night that becomes a core memory. Because the best celebrations don’t end when the candles are blown out. Cancellation Policy
✨ Luxury Sleepover Experience Policies ✨ Care & Cleanliness Our setups are professionally cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to every event. We kindly ask that all items be treated with care and kept in a clean, indoor environment during use. Please ensure: • No food or drinks are consumed on bedding unless trays are used • Shoes are removed before entering tents • No markers, slime, paint, or crafts are used near setup • No pets are allowed on or around bedding and décor All items must remain indoors and in a smoke-free environment. Damage & Missing Items The booking client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup. In the event of: • Excessive staining • Damage beyond normal wear • Broken décor or structural components • Missing items Repair or replacement fees will be charged to the card on file. We understand accidents happen, please notify us immediately if something occurs so we can resolve it quickly and fairly. Setup & Pickup • Delivery and professional styling will occur within your selected delivery window. • All items must be ready for pickup by 11am the following morning. • Late pickups beyond the scheduled window must select the late pickup option or may incure the late pickup fee. Please ensure the area is cleared prior to delivery and items are not disassembled before pickup. Cancellation Policy Because your date is reserved exclusively for you and inventory is limited: • Cancellations made 7+ days prior to event: 50% refund of total booking. • Cancellations made within 7 days of event: non-refundable. • If cancellation occurs due to severe weather or emergency, we will work with you to reschedule within 60 days, subject to availability. Personalized items and custom upgrades are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or created. Liability BE Entertainment is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse of equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times.
