Your child and their guests will enjoy a personal visit from their favorite princess or hero, complete with a grand entrance, warm greetings, and guided interactive moments designed to delight and engage. A Royal Attendant accompanies each appearance to ensure every detail feels seamless and special from arrival to farewell.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations: The retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours prior to the event may be accommodated based on availability. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Additional changes may incur a fee. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may not be accommodated. No Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled event time will be considered a no show and is non-refundable.
