Celebration Ambush is exactly what it sounds like. We show up unannounced (well… unannounced to them 😉), with celebration mode fully activated. Whether it’s a birthday, teacher appreciation, big win, workplace celebration, or just because, we deliver a heart-filled performance right to their doorstep, office, classroom, or favorite hangout spot. Expect big vocals, dramatic entrances, laughter, and a whole lot of joy. Because life is too short for quiet celebrations. ✨
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations: The retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the event, any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours prior to the event may be accommodated based on availability. One reschedule per booking is permitted. Additional changes may incur a fee. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may not be accommodated. No Shows: Failure to be present at the scheduled event time will be considered a no show and is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a magical experience for your celebration!
